Soft landing
Your company up and running in Argentina, turnkey.
From the tax ID to the first set of financial statements. We handle identification, incorporation, registration with every relevant authority, and the day-to-day accounting and tax work that follows.
The full path
Six stages, one point of contact.
-
Tax identification
A CDI for foreign individuals and entities, or a CUIT for foreigners with local residence or representation. It is the first number every counterparty will ask you for.
-
Corporate vehicle
A corporation, an LLC-type company, or a branch of your foreign entity. We help you choose, and coordinate the notary and lawyer who set it up.
-
Registry filing
Filing with the IGJ in the City of Buenos Aires, or the corresponding provincial registry, with your foreign documents apostilled and translated.
-
Tax registrations
Registration with ARCA (formerly AFIP) and enrolment in the applicable taxes, plus provincial turnover tax or the multi-jurisdiction regime.
-
Banking and payroll
Preparing the file for account opening, employer registration, and payroll and social security from your first hire.
-
Monthly operations
Filings, bookkeeping, financial statements, audit and whichever reporting regimes apply, on a calendar we keep so nothing lapses.
We also structure outbound.
Not every case starts abroad. When an Argentine company needs to expand outward, we handle tax planning and offshore structures: US LLCs, Uruguayan holdings, BVI, Cayman and tailored alternatives depending on the business and the applicable treaties.
Every structure is defined case by case: substance, tax residence, treaties and transparency rules change the outcome. We don't sell off-the-shelf jurisdictions.
